Individual Therapy

I work one on one with parents, teenagers, educators, and women. My client’s that are most successful are ready for change and are willing to do things differently to get a different outcome. My clients do not need to know how to do things, they just need to be ready to learn.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is for the entire family because your family is a system. This type of therapy focuses on communication, conflict resolution, and strengthening relationships. My client’s that are most successful are wanting to have better relationships with their family and are ready to try something new.

Consulting

Public education is a complex system that can be challenging to navigate as a district, school, educator, and parent. My combined experience as a public educator, and my knowledge of how the public education system functions, allows me to be your advocate, access point to school-based support people/programs, and partner in reviewing and understanding Special Education, Individual Education Programs (IEP’s), 504’s, individual behavior plans, and disciplinary systems addressing student behavior.
